Is the memory trade dead? I'm buying SNDK and DRAM etf
Advanced TLDR : In my opinion: the memory demand is still rising, SNDK and DRAM ETF are the best way to profit both from the NAND (storage) and HBM (data processing). Hi, I first want to share my short DD on the causes of the excessive drop that we observed in the past month. It all started due to a liquidity drain due to spacex and concerns about rate hikes. Then it got followed up with renewal of the Iran tensions. Overleveraged koreans got spooked or cooked, draging the whole sector down. As you notice, the reasons for the correction have nothing to do with the actual earnings and more importantly, outlook. Note that my two positions, the DRAM ETF is down 35% , while SNDK is down 45% from ATH. I believe in SNDK (26,66% of my portfolio, 28 521 USD see screenshot at the bottom) as the amounts of DATA that is needed by AIs is just going to skyrocket.
